To make a JiGuang bagel, Stir the flour with salt into dough, and make it the shape of bagel after fermentation. Put some sesame on a side and roast it on the wall. At last, there comes a golden, fragrant and friable JiGuang bagel.
Yam dumpling is very popular in Ma-Tsu Mix Yam and flour and roll it as cheek, the dumpling contains peanut, sugar, green onion, sesame and lard.
One of architecture style in Ma-Tsu is Fire wall. That is, build the taller wall beneath the roof, mostly in the shape of ''V''. It efficiently prevent the fire spreading. It mostly appear at temples.
