Air-raid Shelter

in the days of "odd fire even stop", Tang-Chi people lived in the small shelter which is provided by the nationalist government army. The shelter was repealed  after the military control ended. In 1961, with the donation of Free China Relief Association, the territorial army spent a year to repair the shelter.

 

For the sake of improving artistic atmosphere of Tang-Chi, the TCCDA invites many artists from Taipei. Base on the combination of the Ma-Tsu lifestyle─ downshifting and the local military culture, Bring the old shelter into a new leaf as a scenery.
